Heather counseled my parents when they sold their home so when they went to Heaven I became the sole representative charged with the selling of their home they bought in Hampton, a depressed real estate market both homes and commercial. She was involved with pricing and recommended improvements to facilitate the sale before she was given the listing. There were at least three or four homes on the street that been listed for over a year. Heather took photos, put the property on the internet and listed the property in late April 2015. Much to the surprise of neighbors, the house was shown over 16 times in the first two weeks. On or about mid-June an offer and earnest money was received through an MLS agent. Heather reviewed the contract and made corrections to many serious errors and omissions. We closed in 45 days; the other homes on McDill Lane were still for sale with other agencies. Heather remained accessible to me the entire time, visited the property often (her office was an hour away), met with me on short notice and allayed all my anxiety through the process.
